The Shops at Don Mills project consists of 11 buildings developed on 30 acres to create an outdoor shopping experience. Along with the 430,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 54,000 sq. ft. of office space exists a 60,000 sq. ft. town square complete with ice rink, water feature and clock tower. There is also a four storey parkade that can accommodate over 1,000 vehicles.
- Completed many of the tenant fit-outs as well as being the base building mechanical subcontractor which included installation of all plumbing, heating, HVAC and fire protection systems.
- Construction completed in 21 month with a phased delivery of the 11 new buildings ranging between one and two storey high.
- 160 Roof Top Units were installed and commissioned.
- The water feature is a robotic fountain that doubles as a kids splash pad in the summer.
