The mall is getting a complete interior renovation including a new elevator in centre court and a new escalator in each of the Bay and Sears courts. This includes updating all the mechanical services in the upper level in the mall and the addition of air handing units.
- Removal of asbestos lined chilled and storm water lines
- Replacement of five entrance roof top units. All new units to be controled by central BAS system.
- New linears throughout upper level of the mall
- Washrrom lavatories upgraded
- New Fire protection system
