This building is 5-storey 163,600 sq. ft. structural steel office building. The design includes a 6,500 sq. ft. mechanical penthouse on top and a 35,000 sq. ft. ThinkFOOD! Centre. The culinary amenities at the centre include presentation kitchens, teaching and demonstration facilities, research labs, product development and sensory testing areas, and simulated retail environments. The remainder of the building contains a 124 seat auditorium, resource library, meeting facilities and office space.
